Type of event: Rehearsal Start time: 7:30pm Venue: The Crypt School, Podsmead Road, Gloucester GL2 5AE See map below Description: Wednesday's rehearsal will start with the Fauré/Messager Messe des pêcheurs de Villerville for sopranos and altos only. Tenors and basses are not required until 8pm. The running order is as follows:-
7.30 pm Fauré
8.00 pm Berlioz
8.30 pm Break
8.40 pm Berlioz
9.15 pm Brahms - ladies may leave.
The Concert Manager writes:-The concert manager will be at the school from 6.30pm. The running order will be Sops and Alts doing FAURE first. Please be ready to sing by 7.25. PLEASE LEAVE THE FRONT 2 ROWS FREE. Tenors and basses will congregate in the canteen. When Adrian has finished the Faure (APPROX 8.00PM) the Ts and Bs will join the choir in TE DEUM format (B1, T1, T2 and B2). At the end of the TE DEUM rehearsal the ladies will leave and the Ts and Bs will reform in RHAPSODY format (T1, T2, B1, B2).
